This is a great motivator and encourages you to reach your 15,000 step goal, every day. Just taking the stairs instead of the lift, can help to burn those extra calories.
  • Reduce your alcohol intake – A glass of alcohol once or twice a week can actually be good for your health, but anything more than this, starts to have a detrimental effect on your overall health. Too much alcohol is bad for your liver, and it makes a large dent in your wallet as well. If it is the taste of the alcohol that you like, then swap it out for non-alcoholic beer, which tastes exactly the same, but has significantly less calories.
